As a designer I would like the ability to design an email to have at least 2 columns especially in desktop version

I know one-time email sequences can be sent by creating a new rule or workflow without any trigger, but it would be less confusing and much straightforward if there was a new dedicated area in the dashboard to create e-mail campaigns like in Mailchimp.

In the media library, allow user to: search, filter, sort media files organize media files in directories (e.g. 'logo', "newsletters", etc) delete files

Sending a monthly/weekly mail as broadcast to one or more segments. And it would be more handy if the broadcasts would get an own "sent mails" library/dashboard. This way, re-using mails that are specifically sent as broadcasts can be sorted more easily.

The exit popup intent is not working on mobile browsers, i tried 2-3 browsers and 4-5 devices. I think it should be taken as a priority and find a solution to fix this issue. This is very important for you guys to fix it. 80% of the traffic these days is from mobile devices, so it does not add any value if this does not work on mobiles.

Please allow defining a "template coupon" from our WooCommerce coupons to automatically generate unique coupons fay any given flow. For example: If customers has spent more than X amount in the last year, send an email with a coupon for Y amount (unique to his profile) - this will discourage sharing the coupon as the customer would lose the benefit. Supporting numbers and dates beside string-typed attributes.

When selecting a brand preset, automatically apply colors & fonts to email or popups templates so that our branding stays coherent and we can quickly add elements to our workflows without thinking about tweaking al of this. Having a "favorite" section in template would save time too!

You already have pop-ups, which are great. However, as mainly an email-marketing platform, forms are key to build your subscriber lists too. A signup form in a blog post, in the footer of your site, etc.
